“I started working at Rivoland alongside my parents in 1982. Since then my brother and both my sisters have joined me and we now have some of our own children working at Rivoland. Today there are around 40 staff working across the business, we are still very much a family business just a larger family."
The Guglielmin family founded Rivoland in the late 1970s, running the business out of a small Queanbeyan warehouse. We’ve come a long way since then, but some things have remained constant, like our care for customers, specialist knowledge and an eye for beautiful tiles. These days, we’re still a family-owned business, but we have a diverse team across three Canberra and Queanbeyan locations.
Together, we believe in being part of the community and making a positive impact. That’s why we’re proud to support The Ricky Stuart Foundation, Rise Above Cancer Convoy, NSW Rural Fire Service Association, countless local sporting clubs and many more. We stand behind the building trades, as active members of industry groups MBA and HIA. When it comes to sustainability, we seek out suppliers who care about our environment and the need to reduce our carbon footprint.
